The semi-automatic bag unpacking machine is used for unpacking and unloading operations of bagged granular materials, and automatic bag unloading and unloading operations for dry granular materials in the fields of building materials, electric power, films, and plastics. The bag is sent through the belt conveyor, the cutter device automatically breaks the bag, the automatic bag material separation, unloading and other steps separate the material from the packaging bag, the material falls into the storage hopper, and the bottom discharge device outputs the material to complete the bag unloading work.
The components of the semi-automatic unpacking machine:
1. Belt conveyor
The belt conveyor is mainly composed of a belt, a driving device and a bracket to support the conveyor.
2. Unpacking and bag breaking device
The unpacking broken bag is composed of a bag breaking knife, a knife holder and a corresponding bracket. The woven bag is transported to the cutter by a manually placed belt conveyor, which can break the bag quickly and make the bag breaking effect good.
3. Separation device
The separation device is mainly composed of a rotary screen, which is used to separate the material from the woven bag.
4. Discharging device
The discharge device is mainly composed of a discharge hopper, a discharge conveyor and corresponding supports.
5. Pulse bag dust removal device
The pulse bag dust collector seals and collects the dust generated during the unpacking process to improve the working environment.
