Use of a single volumetric doser
1. The volumetric doser of the proportion of color master material is based on obtaining satisfactory coloring effect. As long as the surface of the product has an even tone and is free of streaks and spots, it can be identified.
2. There are generally several temperature zones in the master material in the mixing bin, and the temperature near the feeding port is slightly higher. This is to make the master material into the mixing bin quickly melt, and as soon as possible with the plastic resin mixed, conducive to good dispersion of the master pigment in the product.
3. Appropriate back pressure on the volumetric color doser machine, can improve the mixing effect of screw, conducive to the dispersion of pigment. The side effect of applying back pressure is to reduce the injection molding speed. The brightness of the product can be improved by appropriately increasing the mold temperature of the color doser machine.
4. Plastic volumetric color doser machine operation instructions:
Power-on and power-off: When the volumetric doser machine system is powered ON, OFF will be displayed to indicate shutdown. Press the OFF/ON key, and the system will start up according to the set parameters and output the corresponding voltage value. When the corresponding fault is detected, the corresponding code will be displayed and the shutdown alarm will be given. While working, press the Off/On button to turn off the system.
Forced screw cleaning: When the system is normal and there is no voltage output, press and hold the CLR key, the system will remove the screws, the system will output the full voltage, the display will display CLR and alarm. When cleaning screws, release the CLR key and the system exits the forced screw cleaning process.
