Gravimetric blender use DC brushless motors, one-line pre-selected proportional mixing, automatic proportional mixing through the conditions set by the full digital microcomputer control system, and the error value is not higher than ±0.05%.
Gravimetric blender need to meet some conditions during use, but at the same time, we also need to pay attention to some matters. It does not mean that the meter can be used after it is installed, but we also need to pay attention when using the gravimetric blender.
1. When lifting the meter, ensure that the four corners are lifted at the same time to avoid deformation and damage to the scale body; when installing the meter, be careful not to damage the motor, reducer, adjustment screws and other components.
2. When installing the gravimetric blender, the base should be kept at the same level, and the base bolts should be tightened.
3. When gas-fired and time-welded on the upper, lower and four corners of the scale body, it must be ensured that the components, wires and cables related to the scale body will not be burned. The current of the welding machine must not pass through the sensor, that is, the tension sensor cannot be connected as the ground wire of the welding machine.
4. No heavy objects should be pressed on the gravimetric blender body. It is strictly forbidden for people to step on the scale body or collide with the measuring section, so as not to damage the sensor.
5. When the gravimetric blender is fixed, the feed hopper (feed inlet) of the gravimetric blender must be in the correct position. When connecting the feed pipe and other parts above the feed hopper, the feed hopper must not be subjected to external force to change its position, otherwise the measurement will be inaccurate.
6. A screw gate (the structure is not limited) should be installed on the material pipe feeding the scale body above the gravimetric blender. When necessary, the material supply can be closed to facilitate maintenance.
7. When the gravimetric blender is installed at a position with a height of more than 2 meters, platforms and guardrails should be built on both sides of the scale body to facilitate personnel inspection and maintenance.
8. High temperature gas is not allowed to bake on the scale body during use, especially the sensor, so as not to cause equipment damage; the feed port of the speed regulating meter can be connected by flange, and the discharge port must be connected softly, and nylon cloth or canvas can be used ; It is necessary to ensure that the air pressure in the reamer pipe in the weighing meter is stable, and isolation measures should be taken if the air pressure is unstable.
