The traditional working mode is to manually weight the materials according to the quality of the formula, and then put the materials in order according to the requirements of the process table. Such an operation mode not only raises dust in the workshop, but also makes the production environment poor. More importantly, there may be manual operation errors that may cause inaccurate material quality, inconsistent feeding sequence and process requirements, etc., resulting in abnormal product quality, and the process cannot be traced back.

The central feeding system is under the control of the program. Various raw materials enter the vertical color mixing machine for uniform mixing, and accurately discharge the materials according to the process requirements, enter the weighing machine, and finally enter the raw material storage bin through negative pressure transportation. When the production machine needs raw materials, it enters into the mixer from the raw material storage bin through signal control.
The production line is equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 1 t, which is used to lift the materials packed in large bags to the top of the manual feeding station. The manual feeding station is equipped with a small package feeding port for feeding small package materials. The material in the feeding station is transported to the storage bin through the pipeline under the negative pressure of the pressure device. The material passes through the negative pressure conveying pipeline in the workshop, and the material in the centralized silo is conveyed to the automatic distributor of each machine.
