1. Ingredients operation
a. When the gravimetric blender machine is turned on, the measuring hopper should be empty, otherwise the remaining material in the hopper should be emptied manually. At this time, if the display is not ‘0’, you can press the reset key, please pay attention to the operation interface of the gravimetric blender, so that it shows ‘0’.
b. If the batching controller does not work properly by accident, you can turn off the power and restart it.
c. The gravimetric blender starts up – the first batching metering process is an automatic drop correction program. In the future, the ingredients will be batched according to the corrected results. During the automatic correction, each material will be batched in two stages to meet the measurement requirements.
d. The measuring bucket is often stuck by some sundries, so special attention should be paid to this point.
e. Before starting the machine, check if there are any loose wireless heads and loose components in the circuit. If there are any, they should be connected and firm, and no sundries should be placed in the box.
2. Common management modules
a. Raw material management module
When the raw materials are put into storage, it is necessary to enter the information related to the entry of raw materials, and enter the information of the gravimetric blender, including the entry date, raw material code, raw material name, raw material batch number, raw material barcode, supplier name, production date, shelf life, and entry date. According to the information such as warehouse quantity and warehouse name, the raw material barcode label is printed out according to the automatically generated raw material barcode, and fixed on the raw material bag.
b. Recipe management module
The operation interface of gravimetric blender equipment includes authority management, post setting management, setting raw material ID, finished product ID, formula ID, setting formula production details and formula data according to the production plan, and authorizing management of product formula operators to ensure Confidentiality of formulation information.
c. Batching error prevention control module
