Why does the vacuum loader sometimes get blocked and the feeding speed is slow? Many users who come into contact with the feeding machine will have such problems. If the conveying capacity of the vacuum loader is maximized, how to solve the problem of frequent material blockage.
There are two key points to note: 1. Whether the loading and unloading parameters are reasonable; 2. Whether the feeding amount at the feed port is reasonable
1: The loading and unloading time parameters are unreasonable
Because the auto hopper loader cannot be equipped with a material leveler in the silo, the industry basically has time control. So how to set the time parameters every time the loading machine is used.
In fact, setting the loading and unloading time is very simple. When using it for the first time, set a small parameter first, and then slowly increase it according to each suction position. When the material level reaches the suction port, subtract one second from the time to get a reasonable time. The discharging time is to ensure that the material is discharged and then add 1 second.
There are two advantages to doing this
1. If the material level is too high, it will cause great damage to the filter element. This will make the filter element that can be used for two years only be used for half a year, which will increase the cost in production.
2. The material can be discharged cleanly every time, and the unloading valve will not close with the material when it is closed. Closing the valve with the material is particularly harmful to the sealing ring that works frequently like five or six times per minute.
2: Is the feeding at the feed port reasonable?
Many of our projects use manual material guns to suck materials. For the convenience of operation, the material guns can be directly inserted into the material barrel or ton bag. The material gun suction port is tightly compressed by the material, and the strong negative pressure will pull away the full material.
