The volumetric mixer is suitable for automatic proportion mixing of new materials, secondary materials, masterbatches or additives. According to the preset proportion mixing, the conditions set by the full digital microcomputer control system are automatically converted into speed to directly drive the precision screw to extrude the raw materials, and the error value is not higher than ±1%. The screws of this product are divided into three types: 12, 14, and 16, which can be combined into six models, providing different outputs from 0.1 to 38 kg. It can also be combined into a double screw volumetric doser, which can be used with any two masterbatches according to customer needs. (The screw can be customized, and the size of the screw group can be customized according to the customer’s raw material requirements.)
