Project Background

This project was developed for a plastic furniture manufacturer producing items such as plastic chairs, stools, and other household furniture components.

The customer operates around 40 injection molding units and required a more efficient way to manage resin storage, drying, mixing, and delivery.

As production capacity increased, manual feeding became less efficient and created challenges in daily operation.

Based on the workshop layout and production requirements, we designed a customized injection molding material handling system to improve automation and production stability.
