The gravimetric blender generally puts several auxiliary raw materials and main raw materials into the mixer at a certain ratio at the same time, and then stirs them evenly. The key to measurement is the word “accurate”.
The measurement method generally adopts the weighing type measurement method, and the related equipment refers to the gravimetric blender. According to different weighing methods, it can be divided into three types: batch accumulative weighing, loss-in-weight weighing and continuous weighing of materials in the flow process.
1. Measuring steps of gravimetric blender
1) First, store each storage tank of the machine with various raw materials, and then set the ratio according to the production demand;
2) When the valve of the No. 1 barrel is opened, the raw material will be metered and fed into the weighing barrel of the gravimetric blender according to the set ratio parameters;
3) The valve of No. 1 barrel will automatically close after the metering is completed, and then the valve of No. 2 barrel will open accordingly;
4) The metering and feeding principles of the rest of the barrels are the same;
5) The total weight of the delivered raw materials will be displayed on the screen of the controller, and the measurement of this batch is completed;
6) Then the stirring motor is turned on, and the raw materials are stirred evenly, and at the same time, the weighing chamber starts to add;
7) After fully stirring evenly, the material valve is opened, and the raw material enters the equipment outlet.
2. Automatic control principle of gravimetric blender
When the material level gauge detects the signal of lack of material, the valve of the weighing chamber opens, the material is discharged into the mixing chamber, and the agitator starts to stir. After a certain time, the stirring is stopped, the stop valve is opened, and the material is discharged into the next link; the stop valve is closed, The weighing chamber discharges the material and enters the next cycle; if the material level gauge detects that there is material, the valve of the weighing chamber does not open.
