- Microcomputer controlled. Alarm for overload and short of material.
- Equipped with filter and dust bag, it can filter and remove dust from raw materials.
- It is controlled by a wire controller, which can be placed in a high place, and the control can be set under the machine, which is convenient and quick.
Working principle:
The air is sucked from the suction port of the main body of the hopper loader machine through the suction fan, and negative pressure is generated to make the air in the suction pipe flow, drive the plastic raw materials into the suction pipe, and then filter and remove dust through the filter, and finally transport them to the target equipment. Such as injection molding machines, extruders, blow molding machines, etc.
