♦ Structural characteristics
1. It can be divided into four parts: feeding base, feeding motor group, storage tank and control box. This machine can accurately mix three kinds of plastics at the same time.
2. The interior has been specially treated, the metering has no dead angle, easy to clean, and there is no trouble of material jams. The main body of the feeding motor unit is integrally formed by gravity die-casting, which is safe and beautiful.
3. Not afraid of inverter interference. Using electromagnetic brake motor, when the feed signal stops, the brake will be generated immediately to prevent the motor from inertial rotation, and it is equipped with a speed sensor to implement feedback control, so that the machine’s speed (R.P.M) will not be disturbed by unstable external power supply , can be precisely fixed at the set speed, so it can be kept uniform and stable when adding color material, color masterbatch or other additives.
4. Just input the usage amount of the main raw material and the addition rate of the colorant, color masterbatch or other additives, the computer will automatically calculate the speed, the operation is simple, and there are multiple memory storage functions, making the conversion of the molding work more handy.
5. For the injection molding machine with intermittent feeding, it is also equipped with an automatic timer, which can avoid the trouble of unstable feeding amount of color masterbatch caused by the uncertain feeding time of the molding machine.
7. The lower right side of the feed motor unit is equipped with a discharge device for the storage tank, which is easy to change colors and refill.
