Volumetric doser is a mechanical equipment widely configured in injection molding plants, with permanent memory and data storage, and a high degree of intelligence. It is suitable for automatic batching, new material, secondary material, color masterbatch or automatic proportion mixing of additives.

The basic working principle of the volumetric doser is to transmit the control box signal to the motor, the motor starts to rotate, and drives the screw to rotate through the coupling. The volumetric doser in the hopper falls into the falling rod, is squeezed by the screw, and is conveyed into the matrix through the screw, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate metering and transfer of the volumetric doser.
Adding and mixing color masterbatches, additives or regrinds directly requires excellent mixing quality and high repeatability to maintain as consistent a product as possible in color and quality. There are two main methods of adding masterbatch to the volumetric doser. One is the turntable type, which has high adding accuracy and is especially suitable for the process of adding a small amount. The other is the screw type, which can continuously add the masterbatch to the main raw material.
