Feature:

1.400-600 packages per hour, can realize batch unpacking operation of 20-50KG.
2. The forklift puts the pallet on the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt convey the pallet to the bottom of the movable bag grabber which automatically grabs the bags and open them; the machine can automatically identify the lack of material at the station and replenish it.
3. Before unpacking the bags, it will dedust the whole pallet once to avoid contamination of raw materials.
4. The lifting platform is controlled by servo motor, with high precision, accurate positioning and fast speed.
5. After grabbing a layer of bags and opening the bags, it will shake out the remaining particles in the bag through vibration.
6. When the system detects that the storage hopper reaches the upper limit, it will stop feeding automatically .
7. Single-station or multi-station unpacking machine is available.
8. The material storage area automatically transmits the material.
9. Empty pallets will be collected and stacked automatically.
