Features:

1. The dehumidifying dryers are all equipped with a honeycomb rotor dehumidifier, the shape is semi-open, the overall shape is beautiful and novel; it integrates three functions of dehumidification, drying and conveying, and can choose a one-to-multiple system;
2. The insulated drying hopper adopts down-blowing design, and a cyclone exhaust device to improve drying efficiency, prevent heat loss and ensure humidity;
3. Compact in size for ease of movement and space saving.
4. Material processing is controller via microprocessor as standard,with touch screen PLC control as an option for more convenient control.
5. The dehumidifying section of the HCF series features two condensers to ensure a low reture air temperature and low dew-point.
6. Dew-point monitor can be fitted to check dry air dew-point.
7. All machines are CE certified.

Working principle:

The dehumidifying and dryer system first draws the ambient air in to remove the moisture in the air at a low dew point, and then heats the dried air and sends it to the dryer to dehumidify and dry the material, which greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the drying time. Time, and the drying effect is excellent.
